Within 90 days, we must either correct the error or explain why we think the invoice was correct. After receiving your letter, we cannot attempt to collect an amount that you dispute or report to you as an offender. We can continue to charge you the amount you dispute, including financing fees, and we can apply any unpaid amount to your credit limit. You do not have to pay an amount in question while we are investigating, but you are still obliged to pay the parts of your bill that are not involved. If we find that we have made a mistake on your bill, you do not have to pay a financing fee related to an amount in question. If we have not made a mistake, you may have to pay a financing fee and you will have to recover all the missing payments in the amount in question. In both cases, we will send you a statement on the amount you owe and the due date.

If you do not pay the amount you think you are owed, we can report you as an offender. However, if you are not satisfied with our statement and you inform us in writing within ten days that you still refuse to pay, we must inform anyone to whom we inform you that you have a question about your bill. And we have to tell you the name of someone we`ve reported to you. We must tell everyone to whom we report that the matter between us will be settled once it is over.
